Configuration & Reimplementation

This service is called our Accelerator Program. It all starts with a database assessment to understand how the technology has been configured and is being used.  We review this with the firm and understand their business objectives. We then work in collaboration with the advisory firm in order to configure the technology, aligned to meet the needs of the business. We would agree at outset on the timeframe for delivery and set up the project in Smartsheet along with the project governance to ensure we support the business to meet its project outcomes.

 

By working side by side, we configure and train so that better adoption can be achieved, along with knowledge, so that any future changes can be made by the business.  If the business does not have the resources in order to make future changes we will of course take on that ongoing supporting role.
