What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Managing projects from planning through delivery
🔹 Delivering training and floor-walking support to help clients adopt new systems
🔹 Supporting consultancy work from discovery and process mapping through to database assessments and configuration
🔹 Creating bespoke training packages and videos for clients and internal teams
🔹 Building strong relationships with clients and third parties across the market
Does this describe you?
✅A fantastic work ethic and sense of humour
✅ 5+ years’ experience in financial services
✅ 2+ years’ project management experience
✅ Strong technical capability and analytical thinking
✅ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
✅ Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to client needs

Business Development Manager
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the financial advice sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Understanding client challenges and introducing them to the right consultant to help
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
- Representing Jigsaw Tree at industry events and networking opportunities
- Contributing to our business development strategy
- Keeping on top of industry trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within financial services or B2B technology
- A genuine understanding of (or curiosity about) the financial advice sector
- The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationshipsThe ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivation and the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex tech solutions in plain English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- A problem-solving mindset and the resilience to handle rejection
- Someone who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration
