CURRENT OPPORTUNITY
Income Reconciliation Specialist Full-Time | Remote | Salary Negotiable DOE
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Income Reconciliation Specialist to join our outsourced services team. You’ll play a central role in delivering accurate, efficient income reconciliation for our financial advisory clients, building strong working relationships along the way.
This is a role for someone who takes real pride in precision someone who understands the nuances of commission structures, knows their way around industry CRM platforms, and can manage their own workload confidently across multiple client accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing income reconciliation across a portfolio of financial advisory clients
- Working with CRM platforms including Intelliflo, Curo, CommPay and Plannr
- Interpreting commission statements, policies and payment types accurately
- Identifying process efficiencies and contributing to service improvements
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues remotely
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial services environment
- Strong working knowledge of income reconciliation processes and CRM systems
- Clear understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, process-driven approach
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and to deadline
- Confident in Excel; adaptable to new systems as the business evolves
- A positive, solution-focused mindset

Business Development Manager
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the financial advice sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Understanding client challenges and introducing them to the right consultant to help
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
- Representing Jigsaw Tree at industry events and networking opportunities
- Contributing to our business development strategy
- Keeping on top of industry trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within financial services or B2B technology
- A genuine understanding of (or curiosity about) the financial advice sector

- Self-motivation and the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex tech solutions in plain English
