Accounts – Income Reconciliation
We are currently looking for two people for this role which involves processing income within a variety of CRM solutions in Financial Services. You will be working directly with Advice Firms and their data to match and reconcile income, close down accounting periods and creating reports. Previous experience working in financial services and a good working knowledge of income types and accounting is desirable. Training on CRM systems can be provided although previous experience would be an advantage. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is well organised and confident working with our wonderful friendly team and clients.

These are both flexible roles in terms of hours and as we are a virtual business, these roles have the benefit of being permanently based from anywhere in the UK.

Outsourced Administration Specialist
(12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
We’re looking for an Outsourced Administration Specialist to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our amazing clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with financial advice firms as an integral part of their team, interacting with their clients and helping their operations run smoothly. You’ll provide top-notch administrative support, share best practices, and suggest process improvements to make things more efficient wherever you can.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in financial services administration who knows their way around practice management systems like Intelliflo Office. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and great at meeting deadlines and you’re comfortable working independently in a virtual environment—this could be the perfect role for you!
