Business Development Manager

You’ll be identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects through the sales cycle, and working closely with our team to ensure we’re delivering solutions that genuinely solve problems. What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the financial advice sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Understanding client challenges and introducing them to the right consultant to help
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
- Representing Jigsaw Tree at industry events and networking opportunities
- Contributing to our business development strategy
- Keeping on top of industry trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within financial services or B2B technology
- A genuine understanding of (or curiosity about) the financial advice sector
- The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationshipsThe ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivation and the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex tech solutions in plain English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
