Angela switched from utilities to Financial Services in 2021 and quickly became an Income Reconciliation specialist across systems like Intelliflo, Xplan, and Enable. Now leading our outsourced income reconciliation team, she’s driven by exceeding client expectations, improving team performance, and finding better ways to do things.
Outside work, Angela dedicates her spare time to fundraising for local charities because apparently leading a team and mastering multiple CRM systems isn’t quite enough to keep her occupied. She’s just one of those genuinely good humans, making the world a better place.
