She’s obsessed with fantastic customer service and believes the best relationships are built on genuinely understanding what people need (and what’s driving them slightly mad).
Outside the office, you’ll find Charlie navigating the chaos of life with her partner, two boys, and a cockapoo who’s convinced he’s in charge. When she manages to carve out some peace, she’s usually got her nose in a book or catching up with friends over something that doesn’t involve discussing practice admin.
