Jon Holmes

Jon is all about using his many talents to build high-performing teams and an obsession with helping people get better at what they do. This all started at West Bromwich Building Society, whilst earning his CII Level 4 Diploma. But it was watching colleagues develop and grow that really inspired him, so he made the leap into learning and development at Adviser Office.

That pivot led him to intelliflo, 13 years ago, where his career became a masterclass in saying “yes” to new challenges. What started as a training role quickly evolved into account management, then Team Manager, and eventually overseeing the entire Customer Success function (Turns out being good with people, opens a lot of doors!) A highlight? A two-month secondment to Australia in 2024 to onboard new intelliflo clients. Combining product expertise, relationship building, and probably some decent weather, maybe a spot of surfing?! Back in the UK, Jon became Colleague Education Manager, designing and delivering training for teams across the UK and India. After 13 years of growth, impact, and probably more training sessions and platform demonstrations than any human has achieved before, he decided it was time for a new chapter and joined Jigsaw Tree in January 26!

Outside of work, Jon’s a lover of travel and music and is kept busy with four grandchildren! On the travel front, he and his wife Sue love exploring warmer climates; the Maldives takes top spot so far, though Japan remains the dream destination. Music-wise, anything with guitars, drums, and quality vocals hits the mark. He’s also a keen (suffering) supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. Challenging times presently!
