Gemma leads our Projects and Training Team, Outsourced Income Reconciliation service, and Administration Team with 20 years of Financial Services experience under her belt. What makes her brilliant? She listens and not the “nodding while already planning what to say next” kind of listening, the type of listening that enables comprehensive understanding of what’s really going wrong before suggesting solutions that fix problems rather than create shiny new ones.
Gemma is genuinely obsessed with making systems and processes work for real humans doing real work, not just looking good on paper. She is inspired by her daughter Hollie and is so proud of all she has achieved. This approach is also channelled into team leadership as she’s the kind of leader who makes everyone around her level up without them even realising it’s happening.
