Eddie is offered as part of Jigsaw Tree’s fully managed outsourced income reconciliation service. Pricing is throughput-based. Your fixed monthly fee is determined by your firm’s size, complexity and volume. In most cases, Eddie delivers a lower cost than managing the process manually in-house whilst doing more, faster, and with greater accuracy.
We assess each firm individually before quoting, to ensure Eddie is the right fit and to identify any data issues that need resolving before you go live. Some firms with aged debt or data quality challenges may benefit from completing a process improvement step first, which will put them in a stronger position when they transition to Eddie.
Your assessment covers:

- File types and provider mix
- Current data quality and any outstanding issues
- Complexity of your existing process
- We will require access to your existing practice management
- We conduct a free income assessment to understand your current process and identify any data issues
- We calculate a fixed monthly price based on your typical workload and complexity
- You go live with Eddie managing the heavy lifting
Existing clients will be invited to transition to Eddie as part of a pricing review at BAU. Transition is straightforward and fully supported by the Jigsaw Tree team.
