Sarah has 20 years in Financial Services (with a brief newspaper industry adventure from 2012-2015). After managing Business Processing and Support Teams, she discovered her true calling: making things more efficient. And we mean she genuinely gets excited about streamlining workflows! Sarah is one of those rare unicorns who finds joy in process improvement and she is brilliant at it.
She completed a Business Analyst course in 2023 and joined our Projects and Training Team shortly after. When she’s not optimising everyone’s lives, Sarah’s with her children, visiting family, catching up with friends, or running.
