With 18 years in financial services and over 25 years of working with everyone from individual customers to large firms, Nicola has seen it all, including that time someone tried to fax a mortgage application in 2023. She started her journey as an administrator for a mortgage advice firm and has been solving problems for advisers ever since.
As one of our outsource specialists, Nicola is dedicated to forging meaningful connections and supporting advisers to achieve their goals. She’s brilliant at building those professional relationships that make work actually enjoyable, and her approach to customer service is the kind that makes clients email to say “thank you for making that painless.”
Beyond work, Nicola cherishes family time, travels with friends (presumably to places with excellent coffee), and is definitely someone who judges hotels by their coffee quality. She’s dreaming of San Francisco and Australia, which keeps her inspired to embrace life’s adventures, though she’s equally happy embracing a really good flat white closer to home.
