Kath brings strategic thinking and extensive operational expertise, having spent years working alongside boards, exec teams and leadership groups across the UK. A Chartered Financial Planner, her background spans business development, advice, client services and business improvement; giving her the ability to identify where value is being lost and, crucially, how to fix it.
At Jigsaw Tree, Kath leads our commercial growth strategy, ensuring everything we take to market is grounded in what advice firms genuinely need. She is widely respected across the profession through her work with the CII, PFS and Aberdeen Institute of Insurance and Financial Planning, and was recently appointed National Forum Officer for Scotland for the CII.
